Foundations Ensemble + 30 Minute Private Lesson (Paid in Full)
Performance-Based Music Class for Intermediate Beginners (Ages 7-11)
Designed for students who have completed the Foundations of Music program or have been taking private lessons for at least 3 months, this class is ideal for young musicians ready to take their skills to the next level. With a focus on building a repertoire of songs and performing live, students will develop essential musical skills such as scales, harmony, playing in key, collaborating with bandmates, and improvisation.
Class Details:
- Class Time: Tuesday or Wednesday, 4:30 - 5:30 PM
- Dates: January 7 - March 26 (no group classes the week of February 24)
- Enrollment: Limited to 2-3 students per instrument (drums, guitar/bass, vocals, keyboards)
- Genres Covered: Early rock ānā roll, blues, and modern pop
Prerequisites:
Students must have completed the Foundations of Music program or have at least 3 months of private lessons. The Music Director will have the final say on participation.
Private Lessons:
A 30-minute private lesson is required as part of this program.
Next Steps:
After completing this class, students can graduate to the Open Ensemble or Songwriting I programs.
Pricing:
$85/week, billed monthly. Receive a 10% discount if the full season is paid upfront.

Participation in this class requires a commitment to the full season. Consistency is vital for making progress and getting the most out of the program.
